Description
When attempting to establish a connection with Azure, users may encounter an error stating:
"Could not establish connection with Azure. A window handle must be configured. See https://aka.ms/msal-net-wam#parent-window-handles"

Cause
This error occurs when unsupported or multiple PowerShell modules are detected on the system. -
Resolution
Verify and Manage PowerShell Modules
Check and verify the following PowerShell modules by removing any extra or conflicting versions:
- Az.Accounts
- Az.Resources
- Microsoft.Graph
- ExchangeOnlineManagement
To confirm all versions of these PowerShell modules that are present on the Active Roles Administration Service host, run the following cmdlet in an elevated PowerShell session:
Get-Module -ListAvailable
Compatible versions of these Microsoft PowerShell modules are noted in the Release Notes for the version of Active Roles which is installed. Online technical documentation for all currently supported versions of Active Roles can be found here .
