Active Roles setup wizard prompts to import Management History even when a new database was not created (4377915)

After installing an upgrade to an existing Active Roles installation, the upgrade wizard will always display the following warning:

Management history data is not imported during an upgrade operation. Import the management history data using the option available in the Configuration Center.

This warning is always displayed, even if the upgrade did not create a new database, such as when applying a service pack or maintenance release.

It is not necessary to import the Management History if a new database was not created during the upgrade.

This issue is being tracked as Defect ID 472347.

WORKAROUND

Please ignore this warning if a new database was not created by the upgrade process.
