Description
Kerberos authentication issue when syncing Password Hash (pwdHash) after disabling RC4 encryption via GPO.
When troubleshooting the Kerberos ticket the following error is returned:
"KDC has no support for encryption type while getting initial credentials"

Cause
This issue has been identified as a product defect and the following defect id #481369 has been assigned to our Active Roles Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of Active Roles;

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Use Password Sync (real-time password) to sync the password between the domains. For further details on its functionality please visit our documentation here.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Active Roles.
