Unable to approve tasks on behalf of other users as Active Roles Admin as the Approval task is not showing on the Web Interface.

This issue has been identified as a defect in Active Roles, and it has been tracked under defect ID #500968

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Approval tasks can be approved by running the following PowerShell cmdlet Approve-QARSApprovalTask.
The following cmdlet can be used to retrieve all the pending tasks for a specific user
- Get-QARSApprovalTask -Approver DOMAIN\user -Proxy | ?{$_.Status -eq "Pending"}
The other cmdlet can be used to approve all the pending tasks for a specific user
- Get-QARSApprovalTask -Approver DOMAIN\user | ?{$_.Status -eq "Pending"} | Approve-QARSApprovalTask -Proxy
The commands above will work only in Active Roles 8.2.1 SP2 (8.2.1.30).
STATUS
Our Active Roles Product Team is reviewing this defect for potential resolution in a future product release.
