Dropdown menu loads slowly if a PowerShell script with an OnGetEffectivePolicy function is used (4380184)

When using a dropdown menu that relies on PowerShell scripting to populate its options, users may experience significant delays before the menu is fully loaded. This issue is particularly noticeable in environments with a large number of Exchange databases.

The slowness is caused by the OnGetEffectivePolicy function within the PowerShell script. During execution, this function queries all available HomeMDB and edsaHomeMDB to retrieve policy data. The following Defect id 503246 has been raised to enhance the code.
