Description
Dynamic Group members are removed and not immediately re-added. Once the Dynamic Group Scheduled Task runs at 3am (default time), the members are added back in.
Error in logs:
"The server is not operational"

Resolution
STATUS
This issue can occur when a Domain Controller is offline, and Active Roles cannot communicate with it.
Defect ID 505044 will be fixed in upcoming 8.0.1 LTS Service Pack 5.
WORKAROUND
If the Domain Controller is scheduled to be offline during a period, manually change Active Roles to use another Domain Controller during that time.
