When Active Roles is configured to automatically add a new user to a group, via an Auto-Provision Policy, Change Auditor shows 2 event entries for the member being added to the group.
Acitve Roles Change History reflects 2 entries as well.

Ursache
This is by design and is expected behavior. -
Lösung
Active Roles shows 2 entries when users are added to a group through an autoprovisioning policy:
1) The first event is logged by the "Create User" operation.2) The second event logged is the actual adding of the user to the group via the execution of the auto provisioning policy by the Active Roles service.
