Capturing an exception or silent crash in the Active Roles Web Interface -

A reproducible event may trigger an exception or a silent crash in the Web Interface. As part of troubleshooting or at the request of One Identity Support, it may be necessary to capture a dump of the Internet Information Services (IIS) process. -
Lösung
Windows Error Reporting (WER) is already present in Windows Server 2008 and later.- Rename and import the below registry key to enable WER captures of the IIS process, which handles the Active Roles Web Interface.
- Create a folder at C:\Dumps if one is not already present.
- Reproduce the issue and ensure that a dump file was created at the above location.
Logging can be disabled by deleting the registry hive located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\inetinfo.exe
