After upgrading the Management portal to version 5.9.x, the Admin user is only able to use self service options Register Hardware token or Software Token.
The Administer Defender or Defender Reports options do not appear in the home page.
1. Edit the Web.config file in (C:\Program Files\One Identity\Defender\Management Portal\WWW) and update the following line:
From: <!--<add key="authz_group_lookup_as_logged_on_user" value="true" />-->
To: <add key="authz_group_lookup_as_logged_on_user" value="true" />
2. Save the change and reset IIS.
