Additional Information around Identity Manager Language Packs (4320099)

One Identity Manager is available in two languages only, English and German. The One Identity Manager Language Pack contains IT Shop translations in these languages: Chinese, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Spanish (LA), Swedish, and Danish.  The Language Pack will only affect the Web User Interface and not the Client or any Documentation.  Furthermore, the Language Pack is ordered by the Product Team within One Identity post the release of a particular version.  This process can take up to 5-6 months and older language packs available on the One Identity Support Portal can be used in the meanwhile.

If customers or partners want to add additional support for other languages, One Identity recommends customers and partners to explore the Identity Manager Services offerings to discuss this further.  Do note that the Language Pack does not translate any customization related or specific customer data.
