Error in Web Manager when opening any form:

ERROR (VI.FormBase.ExceptionMgr ) : The type initializer for 'VI.FormProvider.FormManager' threw an exception. System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'VI.FormProvider.FormManager' threw an exception. ---> VI.FormProvider.Archive.FormManagerException: Configuration of form provider could not be determined! ---> System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'AAD.Forms.dll' Key being added: 'AAD.Forms.dll'

This is a product defect (37398).

WORKAROUND

Add the following in the web.config file:
