The user's password contains a combination of characters, which when submitted to Password Manager is misinterpreted as a potentially dangerous request. The characters causing the issue are special characters such as !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{}~
WORKAROUND
Reset the password using the new Self-Service website (/PMSelfService).
SOLUTION
This issue is resolved in Password Manager 5.11, please upgrade to resolve this issue.
