Beschreibung
Unable to get a standalone server in the DMZ initialized when navigating to the site from the standalone server in the DMZ. The following error is seen in the browser:
'Error in the application. System error occurred. For more information, view the event log.'
The WcfConnectionSettings.xml file is also not being created.

Ursache
A possible cause of this is that a Certificate that is configured in the Password Manager Admin site (PMAdmin) under General Settings | Reinitialization is not the same as the one installed and configured on the standalone DMZ server. -
Lösung
OPTION 1
Install the custom Certificate that is configured on the internal PMAdmin server on the DMZ host.
OPTION 2
Change the custom Certificate on the PMAdmin host to Built-In.
