This issue has been identified as a defect and raised as TF00287182.

Lösung
This issue has been resolved in Quick Connect Express for Active Directory v. 5.4.
The following is applicable to Quick Connect Express for AD v. 5.3 only:
If you are experiencing the symptoms outlined in the Description area abov, and you are not planning to upgrade to the latest version, the attached hotfix should resolve the issue
Follow the instructions in the ReadMe file to install the hotfix.
