The appliance time is set to one time zone, but syncs to a different one.
Try changing the setting to see if it resolves the issue (see below). If the situation does not improve please contact Support.
The appliance must be in "Primary" mode to change the time or else you will receive an error message similar to, “This appliance is in Test Mode and therefore no changes are allowed.”
On the "Timezone" page (System Status/Settings | Date/Time Configuration | Timezone), select a different time zone, then choose the correct one and click "Save Settings".
Under System Status/Settings | Date/Time Configuration | NTP Config check or uncheck “Enable Time Synchronization”
Verify the NTP configuration is pointing to the correct time (NTP) server(s).
