This hotfix addresses an issue with upgrades timing out in clusters.

Installing this hotfix

IMPORTANT: Always back up your appliance before you install an update file. Once you install an update file you cannot uninstall it.

To install the hotfix

1. Log into the cluster member. This needs to be done for each cluster member.
2. Navigate to Administrative Tools | Settings | Appliance Information.
3. Expand Appliance Diagnostics.
4. Click Clear if any Diagnostic Bundle is staged on the appliance.
5. Click Upload and navigate to the location of the Safeguard hotfix file.
6. Click OK
7. Click Execute. When complete, the Appliance Diagnostics page will indicate the Status of Completed.
