Beschreibung
When attempting to enable or disable logging the following error appears on the screen.
"Failed to create the folder. Verify that the specified location exists and you have sufficient perms to update it."

Ursache
This may be caused by having insufficient permissions on the "Application Pool Identity" account in IIS. -
Lösung
Check the following:
1. Permissions on the registry key
- Open Regedit as an Administrator and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\One Identity\Password Manager.
- Right-click on the key and select Permissions
- Check if the IIS Application Pool Identity account has Full Control and add it if it does not
2. The Application Pool Identity account must be a member of the IIS_IUSRS local group on the Password Manager host and must have permissions to create files in the <Password Manager installation folder>\App_Data folder
Once these are set, it may be necessary to restart IIS before attempting to enable Verbose Logging in Password Manager.
