Password Manager service is running, but all sites cannot communicate with ERROR: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. (4380227)

The Password Manager service is running, but the PMAdmin, PMHelpDesk and PMSelfService sites all fail to connect to the service.

Verbose logging from the sites show the following error:

Temporary files in the EAF directory have become corrupted or malformed.

On the Password Manager host:

1. Stop the Password Manager Service
2. Clear the contents of the C:\ProgramData\One Identity\EAF directory
3. Start the Password Manager service
