When accessing the product through the default URL
/pmselfservice, the page may take approximately 30 seconds to load. This initialization process is expected behavior and can result in a noticeable delay when first accessing the default/pmselfserviceURL. -
Ursache
The delay occurs because the
/pmselfservicevirtual IIS site performs initialization tasks before redirecting to the login page. -
Lösung
WORKAROUND
To reduce the delay, users can bypass the
/pmselfserviceinitialization page and access the login page directly by navigating to:/pmselfservice/login
