Safeguard Authentication Services has two version paths: Feature Release (FR) and Long-Term Support (LTS).

Lösung
LTS versions are incremented as 6.0.x. For example, 6.0.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2.
Each release will contain fixes for defects only. No new features are added to LTS.
Feature versions are incremented as 6.x.0. For example 6.1.0, 6.2.0.
Any new features in the product are included in these releases and have a shorter lifecycle.
This is intended to provide stability for a specific period of time, allowing confidence in upgrade planning.Support windows are noted on the Lifecycle page. Product Life Cycle Table
Please note that it is not possible to upgrade from a Feature Release to a later LTS version. Once on the Feature Release path, an uninstall is required to move back to an LTS release.
