The following will help to identify the issue:
1 - Run pmcheck on the client
2 -Run pmplugininfo on the client
3 - A copy of the sudoers policy (/etc/opt/quest/qpm4u/pmpolicy/sudoers)
4 - The output of "/opt/quest/sbin/pmpolicyplugin -s" run on each of the plugin hosts
5 - Check if pmpluginloadcheck daemon is running. ps -ef |grep load
pmpluginloadcheck - runs on it's own every 30 minutes by default to see is a policy server is available and which one is responding faster if there is a group.
Please stop and start the pmpluginloadcheck daemon, and verify that the daemon has restarted by issuing the ps command above.
6 - On the policy servers run pmsrvinfo
7 - Check the server and clients disk space to make sure that no filesystem's are filling up.
8- If you are applying the sudo policy to specific hostnames, make sure the hostnames are spelled correctly both at the policy and at the client host hostname.
