To edit or create an asset class

In the Manager, select the Devices & Workdesks > Basic configuration data > Asset classes category.
In the result list, select an asset class and run the Change main data task.

Click in the result list.
Edit the asset class's main data.
Save the changes.

Enter the following data for an asset class.

Creating and editing asset types for devices

Enter asset types for asset data about a device.

To create or edit an asset type

In the Manager, select the Devices & Workdesks > Basic configuration data > Asset types category.
In the result list, select an asset type and run the Change main data task.

- OR -

Click in the result list.
Enter the name of the asset type and a description for additional explanation.
Save the changes.

Entering investments and investment plans for devices

Enter the data for investments and investment plans and assign then to devices.

To create or edit an investment

In the Manager, select the Devices & Workdesks > Investments category.
In the result list, select an investment and run the Change main data task.

Click in the result list.

Edit the following main data.
