Currently, Personal Views in the Active Roles Web Interface are uniquely associated to both Users and the Active Roles Web Interface configuration.
Occasionally, after an upgrade, it may be desired to migrate Personal Views from one Active Roles Web Interface configuration to another one.
This need can be accomplished using the Update-ARWebUISettings cmdlet which is included in the ActiveRolesConfiguration PowerShell module.
In the Active Roles Management Shell, as an Active Roles Admin, run the following cmdlet:
Update-ARWebUISettings -OldConfigurationName "Site for Administrators" -NewConfigurationName "ArWebAdmin Configuration"
NOTE: The Active Roles Web Interface configuration names can be verified in the Active Roles Configuration Center or in the Active Roles Console.
In the Active Roles Console, as an Active Roles Admin, choose View | Mode | Raw Mode and then expand Configuration | Application Configuration and click on the Web Interface container.
The Web Interface configuration names will be in the Description column (ignore the number in parentheses).
