Multiple "User Account Deprovisioning/Makes account ineligible for logon" policy rules are not being respected by Active Roles (4379987)

In the same Active Roles User Deprovisioning policy, multiple instances of the "User Account Deprovisioning/Makes account ineligible for logon" policy rule will not be actioned

Change History will show only operations from one of the policy rules

Operations configured in additional policy rules do not show in Change History and are not actioned

This same behaviour is also noted if multiple deprovisioning policies resolve on the same object, each with their own "User Account Deprovisioning/Makes account ineligible for logon" policy rules

This issue is being tracked as Defect ID 499128

WORKAROUND

Ensure that only a single Deprovisioning policy with a single "User Account Deprovisioning/Makes account ineligible for logon" policy rule resolves on User objects
