In some Active Roles environments, after upgrading to Active Roles 8.2.1 SP3, Dynamic Group rebuilds cause high CPU utilization on the Active Roles hosts and Active Directory Domain Controllers.
This issue is being treated with high priority as a product defect and will be addressed in Active Roles 8.2.1 SP4
If an upgrade has been planned but not yet implemented, it is recommended not to proceed until Active Roles 8.2.1 SP4 becomes available.
Active Roles 8.2.1 Service Pack 4 will be available on Monday, October 6th.
If Active Roles 8.2.1 SP3 has already been applied and this post-upgrade issue has not been encountered, then it is not necessary to roll-back or downgrade.
