How to hide Permanently Disabled Employees (IsInActive@Person) from IT Shop white pages (4349882)

This requires changes in the configuration for your Web Project in Web Designer:

Edit | Configure project | Web project

"VI_ITShop_Filter_PersonOrderFor"

Located under IT Shop | Employees for whom a request can be placed

Please note for Identity Manager versions 9.x it will be under IT Shop | Identities for whom a request can be placed

"VI_Employee_Person_Filter"

Located under Employee | Employees which can be edited by the current user

Please note for Identity Manager versions 9.x it will be under the heading "Identities"

"VI_Employee_Person_ManagerCondition"

Located under Employee | Employees authorized to add and edit employees

Please note for Identity Manager versions 9.x it will be under the heading "Identities"

For each entry, click the "Customized" check box and enter the appropriate SQL condition.
