Error: Module OAuthRoleBased is not available or not activated. (4341158)

When attempting to login to the web portal using OAuth authentication the following error is displayed:

Error loading authentication module OAuthRoleBased". The authentication. module OAUTHRoleBased is not available or not activiated".

Follow the steps below to ensure that the authentication module OAuthRoleBased is enabled for the web portal:

1. Open Designer and login with an applicable account
2. Click on Base Data
3. Expand Security settings
4. Click on Programs
5. Click on WebDesigner
6. Ensure that a check mark is not set for OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect (role-based)
7. Click on Authentication modules
8. Select OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect (role-based)
9. Ensure that a check mark is not set for WebDesigner
10. If both are checked in steps 5 and 8 then remove the check mark
11. Save the changes
