DBQueue tasks disappear from DBQueue -
Descripción
It has been observed that long running DBQueue tasks can disappear from the DBQueue without being processed.
One case that could be observed is that a WC Approval step may disappear without the required condition being met. -
Causa
When the maximum runtime of the DBQueue Processor is reached and the processing slots are shut down, there was a tiny gap that could lead to the removal of remaining deferred tasks. -

STATUS
A Hotfix for defect 33338 is available on top of version 8.1.2 and 8.1.3. This Hotfix can be requested from Support. -
