Web portal throws an exception when trying to create a new Delegation -

The Web Portal is throwing an exception message when a user attempts to create a new delegation. The performed steps are as follows:
Log in to the web portal -> select "Responsibilities" -> select "New Delegation".
The following error is shown in the web portal logs:Object of type ITShopOrg does not exist in database or you do not have the relevant viewing permissions.

Causa
The "Delegation" Service Item has the "Not available" option checked

Resolución
The "Not available" option needs to be unchecked for the Delegation service item to allow new delegation to be created. The steps are as follows:
1. Log in to Manager -> Select IT Shop -> Identity & Access Lifecycle -> (Shelves) Identity Lifecycle -> Delegation (Assignment resources) -> open the Delegation Service Item -> Select "Change Master Data" in "Tasks" -> Uncheck the option "Not Available":
By default, the "Not available" option for the Delegation service item is unchecked.
