When accessing the Web Interface, you're met with an error page listing the following error:
Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions
This page will also list the path to the web.config file that it's trying to access.

Causa
This often occurs when you've installed the Active Roles Web Interface component on another drive other than the system drive. This causes certain file permissions to not be present. -
Resolución
WORKAROUND 1
Configure READ access to the Public folder for the local group IIS_IUSRS.
Example:
D:\Program Files\One Identity\Active Roles\7.X\Web\PublicWORKAROUND 2
Configure the application pool ARWebAppPool to use a custom account that does have read access to the folder above.
