Workflow notification not being sent. The workflow notification has been configured to send to the desired email/s and no email notifications are sent out even though SMTP is properly configured. -
Causa
One possibility is that the text/HTML in the message notification has been modified and is no longer valid. -
Resolución
After modifying the notification message always use the 'Preview' button to make sure the modifications are valid.
When troubleshooting sending notification messages you may also use reset to default in the 'Configure Notification Message' dialog box to restore a working notification message which should be displayed when the 'Preview' button is selected.
To reset to the default notification message, select:
File | Restore Default.
