When configuring a Server 2012 system for password management in TPAM, click the Test System button produces the following error: WMI ConnectServer error: OLE exception from "SWbemLocator"

Causa
User Account Control (UAC) on the server is blocking our remote connection request. -
Resolución
If you have the option, you can simply disable UAC on the Managed System.
Otherwise, If your computer is part of a domain, configure the functional account to be a domain account that is in the local Administrators group of the remote computer. Then UAC access token filtering will not affect the domain accounts in the local Administrators group. Do not use a local, non-domain account on the remote computer, even if the account is in the Administrators group.
