When using "Reset Password" on an account the below error is displayed.
Error: Error(0X800708C5) The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements. -
Causa
The password being set does not comply with the Password Polices set on the domain

Resolución
From the account go to the Password tab | Past Passwords - select the failed change and go the "Password" tab
Confirm the password complies with the Password Policy set on the domain or fine grained password policy.
Also, ensure the the "Minumum Password Age" has been taken into account.
