This test is run to ensure that the database file /var/opt/quest/vas/vasd/vas_misc.vdb is in fact a valid database file -
Causa
If it was corrupt or overwritten by a regular file it then QAS would be unable to function.

Resolución
To resolve this the machine will need to be rejoined to the domain to correctly set and populate this file.
