When a new user clicks the link in the new user registration email to verify their account, they are taken to the standard password reset landing page rather than the account verification page.
Copying and pasting the link into the browser works as expected, it only fails when clicking the link in the email message.
This only happens in Chromium browsers (Edge and Chrome).
In the web.config file for the Identity Manager web portal, there is a line that says
<httpCookies requireSSL="true" sameSite="Strict" />
Change "Strict" to "Lax" and save the web.config.
