Notification email is not sent out after the Approval/rejection activity, when a separate notification activity to send an email to 'Persons who approved the operation' is configured. -
Causa
This issue has been identified as a product defect and has been logged under Defect ID 110932. -
Resolución
WORKAROUND 1
Configure the notification to a specific user or group and the notification email will be sent out.
WORKAROUND 2
Configure the Notification tab in the Approval activity. Delete or disable the separate Notification activity.
STATUS
This issue has been resolved in Active Roles 7.3.3 and later versions.
