Cannot manage the eSPCW client (4349533)

Using the option "Non-Privileged Functional Account" for a managed Domain Controller, and the managed account receives the following message for a manual password reset:

"Error: The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements."

However, the password we are using, and the password policy, does meet the complexity requirements required by our domain policy.

If password complexity is meeting the requirements, confirm that the "Minimum password age" is not a factor here as well.

If the password is being reset within the minimum number of days specified in the policy, the reset will fail.
