Descripción

When attempting to activate Syslog in IPMI on SPP physical appliance the following error is reported.

“License is not activated yet. Activate your license.”
Causa

A license key is required to activate this IPMI feature.
Resolución

To enable Syslog (and other IPMI features) at the IPMI level a Supermicro Out of Band (OOB) Software license key is required.
