When attempting to install Quick Connect, the installation fails with the error:
You must run the Setup with elevated privileges (run as Administrator)

Causa
The installation requires elevated privileges and User Account Control is enabled. -
Resolución
The Quick Connect installer is packaged as a .msi which means that Windows will not allow you to right-click and choose to run as an Administrator.
Instead, in an elevated command prompt, run the following:
runas /user:<administrator username here> "msiexec /i <Path and Filename of MSI"
