AD users are not showing on SUSE Linux -

AD users are not showing up on a SUSE Linux (SLES 11) system. Users do show up in "vastool user checkaccess", but are not visible to the system. -
Causa
The cause of the problem was found to be with the /etc/nscd.conf file. On joining QAS sets the following options:
enable-cache passwd no
enable-cache group noThe settings were both enabled on the system that was having this problem.

Resolución
Restoring the nscd passwd and group cache settings to "no" resolved the issue.
