Causa
reverse lookup was not setup for the machine

Resolución
1 - DNS must be fully functioning in order for NFSv4 to work on Redhat. Be sure both forward and reverse lookup are working
2 - If on Redhat linux check to see if selinux is enforcing3 - Check for firewall issues
