Unable to connect to Tableau via the connector in Starling Connect (4377769)

When attempting to setup the Starling Connect connector for Tableau, the attempt to connect fails. Upon checking with Tableau, the feature of using a username and password to authenticate is no longer an option. The only option available is to use multi factor authentication instead.

Currently, it is not possible to use multi factor authentication for the Tableau Starling Connect connector. To overcome this limitation the product team have created enhancement request number 471760 to allow for a Personal Access Token to be used for authentication.
