Cannot Replay PSM Sessions From Archive Server

A few things to verify if you are experiencing difficulty with your Archive server configuration.
In which direction are you experiencing problems? Are you able to export session TO the Archive server? Are you able to play sessions FROM the Archive server? Ensure that the configuration is setup properly, that all the necessary ports are open and that the software you are using to perform the transfer supports the necessary protocols.
In order to retrieve an Archive session from the server for playback, you need software that supports the SCP protocol. This is the only protocol that can be used for playback. FTP, SFTP etc is not sufficient, you must have SCP.
