Timeout error when installing web certificate -

After installing the web certificate the browser becomes unresponsive and after 10 minutes will receive a timeout error. After page refresh the appliance can be accessed. Upon checking the web certificate page it says that the webcert is pending.

Causa
Requested information is entered incorrectly or trying to upload a non .cer file. -
Resolución
Please ensure to enter all information correctly including capital letters and not using abbreviations for anything, including states.
If you are using SHA2, try using SHA1.
If you are provided a .crt file, please convert this to a .cer.
