Getting Started with My Products

 

Step 1:

In order to populate the My Products page you must select “Add Product” from the gray bar:

Step 2:

You will be asked to enter a license number and search for it. The first user to register a license will be the administrator of the new group will be created.  If you want to add a trial product for evaluation purposes, that you do not have a license number for, select the product from the “Choose Product” dropdown.  For help finding your license number please visit How to find your license number.

 

Step 3:

If a product is selected it will be added as a Trial indicated by the Support Status column. The trial period is limited to 30 days from the product registration date. Service requests for the trial product may only be submitted during the first 30 days of the evaluation period.
