We have recently enhanced our support portal to include the ability to register One Identity products with the license number. Registering your product with the license number allows the users to see asset information. Click here to view frequently ask question on product license registration.
At this time we are not able to offer product license registration for a small number of our products. This temporary status does not affect your ability to register your product by name or get support on your product. When your product is enabled your Licenses Status will go from Not Available to Register and then you will be able to proceed.
