Workaround:Export configuration and verify which DB is being used. If the wrong DB is being used, follow below steps:
1.- Export configuration from a primary or a QC/ARS Sync server already configured and using the correct DB.
2.- Un-install QC/ARS Sync from a server using a wrong DB.
3.- Deploy QC/ARS Sync and choose below option to import exported configuration from step 1:

4.- Follow steps 2 and 3 for each QC/ARS Sync server using a wrong DB.
