In environments where multiple Active Roles servers share the same Management History database, it may be observed that only one server displays the management history correctly. On the other server, the management history appears incomplete or is not displayed at all within the console.
This issue occurs when the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Console\Settings\ReportPageSize"
has been modified on the affected server. The altered value impacts how the console retrieves and displays historical management data, leading to incomplete or missing history details.
1 - Close all Active Roles Console instances;
2 - Stop Active Roles Administration Service;
3 - Open regedit.exe and navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Console\Settings and locate the ReportPageSize key value;
4 - Change it to something higher (for example 19), its value can be set to the same value as for the working server;
5 - Start Active Roles Administration Service;
6 - Launch Active Roles Console;
