Azure builtin Access Template broken (4379887)

The following Azure built-in Access Templates are broken and the permission is not working as expected.

• "Azure - Read all Contact Attributes;
• Azure - Read All Group Attributes;
• Azure - Read all User Attributes;
• Azure - Contact Full Control;
• Azure - Group Full Control;
• Azure - User Full Control;"

This issue has been identified as a product defect and the following defect id #499193 has been assigned to our Active Roles Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of Active Roles.

WORAROUND

Use the following built-in Azure Access Template instead for the respective object type.

• Azure Cloud Contact - Full Control (Contact);
• Azure Cloud User - Full Control (User);
• Azure Distribution Groups - Full Control (Distribution Groups);
• Azure Dynamic Distribution Groups - Full Control (Dynamic Distribution Groups);
• Azure Guest User - Full Control (Azure Guest);
• Azure Microsoft365 Groups - Full Control (Microsoft O365 Groups);
• Azure Resource Mailboxes - Full Control (Resource Mailboxes);
• Azure Security Group - Full Control (Security Groups);
• Azure Shared Mailboxes - Full Control (Shared Mailboxes);

The following AT Azure - Full Control can also be used with any of the object types listed above.
