NC-Access version 3.0.2 provides a comprehensive single sign-on access system for enterprise networks running System z. It integrates a powerful session manager with single sign-on and common network entry procedures. GoPlex allows NC-Access to utilize the power of IBM's parallel Sysplex. GoPlex gives NC-Access greater capacity and availability, approaching 24x7 and an unlimited number of users. NC-Access Passphrase Support - From maintenance level 302M, NC-Access now supports passwords longer than 8 characters for both RACF and ACF2 security systems. These are commonly known as passphrases and are stored separately from the passwords in the security systems. However, for the purpose of logging on to NC-Access, only one input field is supplied for entry of a single password or passphrase.
